I recently discovered my e-mail wasn't working, to be told by our 'host' that they had suffered a catastrophic electrical fault in their server in Germany and I would be without my e-mails for 2 days. Not good but would have to cope.

After many phone calls, with no replies and more than 2 days had passed I was told they would not be reinstating our e-mail hosting. I was gob smacked. My colleague David, who had recently substituted for me when David you had given your 10 min presentation, said "get hold of the web site guy at BNI, he's brilliant", which I did.

David you turned what to me was a major disaster into a minor miracle.

  • You were very clear with your instructions
  • You gave me clear costs which were very reasonable
  • You did what you said you would do virtually by return each time
  • And it all worked

The result is:

  • My e-mails are reinstated
  • I feel a lot more confident working with you than I ever did with the other guy
  • And you constructed a web page with very little help from me

It is not overstating the situation to say that the other company was trying to sabotage our business but you saved the day and gave us better than we had before.
